Exchanges

Fragrance cannot be returned once opened. If the parcel arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong perfume, write within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it.

Unopened bottles in original packing may be exchanged within 14 days for another composition, subject to stock. You cover the return courier unless the error was ours.

Email or WhatsApp with the order number. We inspect the return, then send the replacement.
